Clearspring Insights is led by Kheng Chun Lee, a fintech executive with over 20 years of experience leading transformative payment initiatives.
At the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), Kheng Chun led the implementation of the nation's core payment infrastructures, including its Real-Time Gross Settlement (RTGS) system (MEPS+) and the instant payment system, Fast and Secure Transfer (FAST). His work has been instrumental in modernizing the secure and efficient flow of hundreds of billions of dollars daily.
More recently, at NETS Solutions, Kheng Chun led the Strategic Advisory team that advised central banks and payment operators on their own modernization journeys. He founded Clearspring Insights to provide leaders with the expert clarity needed to build the future of finance with confidence.
